About Home Watch Sedona

Garry Young – Owner

Home Watch Sedona is the only Nationally Accredited Home Watch company serving Sedona and the Village of Oak Creek.  We are a full-service provider of Home Watch, Key Holder and Concierge services for absentee and seasonal homeowners providing them with worry free ownership.

Our Home Watch service thoroughly checks the exterior, garage and interior of the home on each visit looking for obvious signs of issues, such as; leaks, structural damage, mold, pests, break ins, pests and vandalism.  If an issue is discovered, we alert and then work with the homeowner to schedule services to correct or repair the issue.

Home Watch Sedona is insured, bonded and accredited by The National Home Watch Association (NHWA) and the Better Business Bureau.  We are also a member of the Sedona Chamber of Commerce.  The NHWA performs background checks on their members and validates compliance with their ‘Gold Standard’.

A lifelong resident of Arizona, Garry was raised in the Phoenix area and is a graduate of Northern Arizona University.  After a long career in the newspaper/advertising field Garry started and built a full-service Valley based pest & weed control company – 911 Pest Defense.  During the 10-years of operating the business, Garry was often asked by customers to ‘keep an eye’ on their homes while they were away.  That kind of trust and rapport led to the sale of his pest control company, a move to Sedona and the establishment of Home Watch Sedona.

Garry’s commitment to customer satisfaction and his attention to detail set his firm apart, he takes personal responsibility to inspect and care for every home just like it was his own.  He has resided in the Sedona area for over 6 years, in his spare time he enjoys many outdoor activities, you might see him hiking or biking on the local trails.  Garry is also a proud veteran and serviced overseas in the U.S. Army’s Military Police Corp.

He may be reached at (928)300-1572 or at garry@homewatchsedona.com
